Carlton Primary is a vibrant inner-city school with strong community ties. We have a long history of working with a range of community partners to support our students, their families, and the community they live in. Recently, the local Harmony Day festival was held on school grounds, and we love to host basketball tournaments and other community activities.
In 2019, Carlton Primary became and Our Place school. Our Place works to link schools, early childhood, local government and other services to provide a wrap-around model that ensures students and families are able to access all they need to flourish and succeed. This fits well with the Carlton Primary ethos.
Our most important ties are with our families. We believe in the power of learning at home.
